Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulation (EMEER) 2008
The Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulations 2008 (EMEER 2008) will be revoked with the enforcement of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA) 2024, as outlined in the Efficient Management of Electrical Energy (Revocation) Regulations 2024 published in the Federal Government Gazette.
The revocation of EMEER 2008 is effective 1 January 2025.
